BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH SUNRISE ACUPUNCTURE
We offer online booking for our services to both new and returning clients. By clicking on the “book now” icon, you will exit our website and connect to our appointment software. From there you will be directed to create your login, and may then select your service and choose a convenient time for your visit. If you prefer to book directly, please understand that we may not be able to answer calls as we are seeing other clients. In that case, you may leave us a message or send an email with your preferred service and times; we will get back to you at the end of our business hours. Also, if you are seeking a same day appointment or looking for a time outside of our office hours, feel free to reach out by phone or email and we will check on availability for you.
After booking, you will get a few notifications before your appointment. First, you will see a confirmation that your practitioner has accepted your appointment. This message will also include a link to complete any forms required for your visit. You will get another reminder by text or email the day before your scheduled visit. Please note, we do have a cancellation policy with a $15 fee for missed appointments if you don’t give us notice at least 24 hours before your reserved time. (We are sensitive to emergencies, but please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make it in.) You may use the link provided in the confirmation email to reschedule or manage your appointments up until the day before your visit.
